Visualcare is a web application accessed through your browser. There are two ways to log in: standard login with a username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA), or Single Sign-On (SSO) through Microsoft.

Standard login

  1. Open your browser and go to app.visualcare.com.au
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Enter the 2FA code from your authenticator app (for example, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator)
You’re taken to the VCore home page after the code is verified.

SSO login

If your organisation uses Microsoft Single Sign-On:
  1. Open your browser and go to app.visualcare.com.au
  2. Click the SSO Login option
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials
SSO needs to be enabled for your organisation before this option works. If you’re unsure whether SSO is set up, check with your administrator.

First-time login

When your administrator creates your account, you receive your login credentials by email. On your first login:
  1. Enter your username and password
  2. When prompted, open your authenticator app and tap Add New Code or Scan QR Code
  3. Scan the QR code displayed on the login screen
  4. Enter the code generated by the authenticator app to complete setup
You need to set up 2FA before you can access Visualcare. Supported authenticator apps include Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator.
If you’re setting up 2FA, scan the QR code with the authenticator app itself, not your phone’s camera app.

Session timeout

VCore sessions automatically expire after 24 hours of continuous login. When this happens, you’re returned to the login page and need to sign in again.

Browser and network requirements

Visualcare works in modern browsers with cookies enabled, including Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
Visualcare blocks access from international IP addresses. If you’re connecting from outside Australia, use a VPN set to an Australian server before navigating to the login page.
