> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://help.visualcare.com.au/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Vworker: Location roster shifts > How workers view and manage location roster shifts in the Vworker app Location roster shifts are rostered to a site, such as a group program or a Supported Independent Living (SIL) house, rather than to an individual client. This page covers how workers view and manage these shifts in the Vworker app. ## Viewing location shift details To view the details of a location shift, the worker taps the shift. Location shift on the Vworker home page Location shift details ## Adding notes and incidents To add a note against the location, the worker taps the **More** button within the shift. To enter notes or lodge an incident against a specific client attending the location, the worker taps the **Client** tab and selects the client's name. Client tab within a location shift Selecting a client to add notes or lodge an incident Clients linked to the location appear in Vworker even when they are not assigned to a shift in the location roster, for example a client living in a SIL house. ## Recording kilometres on a location shift Workers record kilometres against either a specific client at the location or the location itself. After starting the location shift: * **Against a client:** tap **Profile** to show the list of clients rostered at the location, then tap **Add KM** for the relevant client * **Against the location:** add the kilometres directly on the location profile The choice affects how the entry appears in VCore under **Timesheets** → **Data Export**: | Applied to | Client column shows | Worker column shows | | ---------------- | ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ | | Client profile | The client's name | The location profile name | | Location profile | The location profile name | The worker assigned to the location roster | If a worker applies kilometres to the location when they meant a specific client, correct the entry in VCore under **Timesheets** → **Timesheets - Location**.
