# Roster template wizard

> How to use the roster template wizard to create rosters for multiple clients at once

The roster template wizard lets you generate rosters for multiple clients simultaneously using their existing roster templates. This is useful when you need to create shifts in bulk across your client base for an upcoming period.

## What you'll need

* Roster templates already set up on each client's profile (see [Rapid rostering](/scheduling/rapid-rostering))
* Only clients with roster templates appear in the wizard

## Using the roster template wizard
