# Worker audit reports

> Run compliance, training, and skills reports across your workforce to support audit preparation

Visualcare includes several worker-focused reports that help you track compliance status, training, skills, and availability across your workforce. These reports are found under **Reports** → **Worker Reports** in VCore.

## Available compliance-related reports

### Worker compliance

Lists all worker compliance items across your organisation. You can filter by **Alert Date** or **Expire Date** to identify items that are approaching expiry or have already lapsed.

<Tip>Run this report regularly to stay ahead of expiring compliance items. Filtering by alert date gives you a forward-looking view of what needs attention before it lapses.</Tip>

### Worker training

Lists all worker training items across your organisation. You can filter by **Alert Date** or **Expire Date** to track training that is due for renewal.

### Worker skills

Lists all worker skills across your organisation. You can filter by **Worker** or **Skill** by dragging the column header to the top of the screen to group the results.

### Worker availability

Report on worker availability across your organisation. Filter by area and division to focus on specific teams or locations.

### Worker utilisation

Report on how many hours each worker would like to work (set under the **Finance** tab as "budget hours per day"). Select the timeframe and see a comparison of budget hours, rostered hours, and completed hours.

  The following reports are also available under **Reports** → **Worker Reports** but are less directly related to compliance and audit:

  * **Worker Birthday** - report on birthdays in the coming month
  * **Worker Equipment** - report on all equipment items assigned to workers
  * **Worker Documents** - search all worker documents
